Our Story
My name is Sascha, and I’ve always been a huge dog lover. Growing up, they were always part of our family. When I moved out on my own, I just knew that my boyfriend, Kyler, and I needed a pup friend of our own. Enter Eevee, a Welsh Corgi. She immediately stole my heart, and I knew I’d do anything for her. I wanted her to have a healthy life, feeding her only the best food and making sure she had everything she needed.
Like a lot of pet owners, I found myself questioning candles and home products more than I expected. I still wanted that warm, good-smelling space… I just didn’t love not knowing what was in everything.
So I started making my own.
At first, it was just candles. Then wax melts. Then room sprays. Everything was made with the same goal: keep it simple, make it thoughtfully, and only use ingredients I actually felt good about having in my home.
And somehow… it grew.
As Woofs & Wax started reaching more people, I noticed a pattern.
The same people who cared about what they were burning in their homes also cared just as much about what they were using on their pets.
And honestly, I felt the same way.
That’s really where the shift happened.
Expanding into pet care wasn’t some big business decision—it just made sense.
Now we offer things like fragrance-free shampoos, fur sprays, dry shampoo, and even a flea & tick line. And just like everything else, it’s all made with intention.
Nothing overly complicated. Nothing added just to sound good on a label.
Just products designed for real pets, in real homes.
Woofs & Wax is still small.
Everything is still done with a lot of care.
And I’m still thinking about the same things I was in the beginning—
“Would I use this around my own pets?”
“Would I feel good recommending this to someone else?”
