Refund policy
Returns
We are only able to accept returns due to damage, for a defective product or if you received the wrong product.
If you received an item that was damaged in transit, please do no throw the item or box away. Take pictures immediately (this will help us with our insurance claim). Contact us right away so that we can initiate the claim with our shipping company. We may ask that you return the item to us. We will pay the return postage.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately and provide photos of what you are experiencing so that we can determine if your product is defective. We may ask that you return the item to us for us to examine the defect (we don't want it to happen again!). We will pay the return postage.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us that you are exchanging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
